We believe in shared accountability with our clients and endeavor to find mutually beneficial solutions in case of any dissatisfaction. Refunds are considered only as a last resort after all other avenues of resolution have been pursued. We aim to reach a compromise that benefits all parties involved. Therefore, before considering a refund claim, we encourage you to reach out to us at info@linqonetech.com for a final discussion. A refund request should only be initiated if an agreement cannot be reached after a thorough conversation.
Refund Eligibility
Our Refund Policy aims to provide clarity on the circumstances under which a refund can be granted.
- Full Refund: If your project has not yet commenced or if you have not accepted the proposed design style, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you have accepted the original design style but the delivered work does not adhere to our delivery policy, a partial refund will be issued based on the completed work.
- No Refund: Unfortunately, project phases that are already underway cannot be refunded. Additionally, special marketing services with limited availability and expiration dates cannot be canceled. Please accept our apologies if this causes you any inconvenience. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process on Linqonetech.
Cancellation Protocols
We believe in transparency and simplicity regarding our cancellation policy. Below are the main conditions:
- Initiating Cancellation: You can request cancellation by contacting our billing department or account manager. In any case, please keep in mind that cancellation requests are subject to approval by the appropriate department.
- Timing of Cancellation: To be eligible for cancellation, your request must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order and before the project commences.
- Exclusion of Third-Party Services: Our cancellation policy does not cover services provided by third-party vendors, such as hosting, web development, content creation, and similar services.
